[avg] a guild known for botting, syncing and attribute boosting, won this months mat. They were all very proud and showed it to everyone how pro and above everyone else they are.

It so happens their cape was just taken away, i dont know all the details but Anet actualy did something about this. Good job

I believe this is the first time a gold cape has actually been revoked by anet

this is good, but there are so many pathetic no hopers pretending to be be pro, that unless you have some personal knowledge of them i'd view them with suspicion, though anyone who is pro that shouts about it is probably too intouch with their inner tool

I wouldn't go that far, there are a lot of high-end GvG players (Bloodred, Saints, Menik, Vesto) that have been playing top GvG for several years (sometimes even since release) and have actually developed both battle skill, strategy and faster "GW" reflexes. But a team of relatively unknown players that suddenly beats the crap out of everyone else, is immediatly suspcious to me, and when shortly after screenshots appear of [avg] members admitting to have used certain bots and toolbox programs, it's more than justified to have their cape removed.
